What to Expect

Each weekend, we want you to walk in and feel at home, feel inspired by excellent music, and be challenged by biblical messages that apply to your everyday life.

At Rock Crusher Road Church we dress comfortably. While a few people dress up, most wear casual and comfortable clothes during weekend services. Visitor’s Parking is located at the entrance to our Main Building. One of our volunteers or staff members will meet you at the Main Entrance and would love to show you around and answer any questions. We usually start our time of worship together by singing. After we sing, our pastor delivers a message from the Bible. After the message, we usually sing one song and then dismiss. After worship, feel free to hang around and meet our staff and leadership. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or ask for more information about our church!

I Have Children

They will love our Children’s Ministry and our Youth Ministry!  We provide a safe, clean, and secure environment where your children will be well taken care of and taught a fun, but practical lesson that is age appropriate. Our goal is to provide a loving, secure, and fun environment in which your child will be encouraged to develop into the young person that God wants them to be. The Children’s Ministry is committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment and age-appropriate, God-centered educational training for children from birth through sixth grade.

Nursery

The Nursery is for birth through age 2. We offer a Nursery with trained staff at all of our services and events.    During our Sunday Morning Service children can be dropped off on arrival and picked up after service.

Our “Pro Kid Policy”

In order to provide parents peace of mind while attending worship and church activities, we strive to achieve the highest level of safety and security as possible.  For this reason, we have instituted a  “Pro Kid Policy” (Safe Church Policy).  Our leaders and volunteers have undergone special training and passed background checks.  We are confident that our efforts have created a safe environment for your children.

Kids’ Check-In is Easy!

We’ve got a great system for making sure the kids get to the right room, and you’re able to keep track of them at all times. Simply come to the Check-In Desk located at the entrance of the Children’s Ministry Building and we will take care of everything! You can also drop off your babies age 0 – 23 months at the Nursery located just off the foyer.

Worship
This time on Sunday Morning is set aside for communicating with God from our hearts.  We have live upbeat worship with guitars, drums, piano, etc. in addition to intimate songs of worship.  Everyone worships in their own unique way – for many, that means singing, clapping and/or raising their hands, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words. At Rock Crusher Road Church, we want you to worship God freely.

The Message

In every service you will hear a relevant, straightforward message that is based on Scripture and is designed to be helpful in your everyday life.  These messages will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong biblical foundation for your life.   At the close of the message, everyone is invited to spend time with God at the altar.  If you would like to pray with one of our leaders, they make themselves available and are there to support you and assist you during this time.

Offering

We are unique in that we do not collect an offering during our services.  We believe that what you give is between you and God.  We provide a collection box in the back of our Sanctuary to collect tithes and offerings.  As a guest, please do not feel any pressure or obligation to give!  This is an act of worship for our regular attendees, allowing them to recognize and thank God for all of the great work He is doing in their lives.  It also gives Rock Crusher Road Church and our Mission Partners the means to reach more people for Christ.

Will I be Contacted After My First Visit?

The only contact you’ll receive is a letter, freshly baked mini-muffins on your door, and an email (just in case you have some questions). After the second and third visit, we’ll call to see if we could help you find a class or community group and to invite you to a class where you will meet some of our Leadership Team and our Pastor, and learn more about the history and beliefs of Rock Crusher Road Church. (Note: These contacts are made if you complete the Connection Card and mark that you are a guest)
